RIGHTS - You retain 100% rights to all photos submitted featured and published. You are simply giving PPOAA the right to publish your photos in our books. Rights through opportunities that come to our members via other publishers will be at the discretion of each member.

PAYMENT - Publishing offers that come to our members, vary from paid to unpaid. The involvement of each member is at their discretion.

PUBLISHING - If you are made a publishing offer by PPOAA, prior to delivery of photos, you will always receive a form to sign, stating that you retain 100% of the rights to your photos.

CANCELLATION - Upon discovery that a member is involved in poor business practices, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to terminate membership at any time without a refund.
